Our team will verify link placement before approving your listing. If the link is removed at any point, your company profile will be deleted without notice.

Rejection of Listings & Refund Policy

Refund Policy
- Full refund within 7-12 business days for rejected paid listings
- Refunds processed via original payment method
- Tulu-e-Biz is not responsible for additional fees (taxes, bank charges)
Content Accuracy & Authority
By submitting your company information to Tulu-e-Biz, you warrant that:

Limitation of Liability
Tulu-e-Biz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: use of the platform or inability to access the service; errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in business listings; interactions between users and listed businesses; loss of data, profits, or business opportunities; or third-party content or actions. Users acknowledge that they use the service at their own risk and that Tulu-e-Biz serves as a platform connecting businesses with potential customers.
Termination
Tulu-e-Biz reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, listing, or access to our service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
Tulu-e-Biz may update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
